Registration Instructions and links:

In an effort to improve community communications, board transparency, and to comply with new HOA requirements, the Inwood HOA, Swim Club and Association Management Services have established a community web portal and e-mail communications system.

Through the new AMS webportal, residents will have access to their AMS accounts and records, community documents and calendars and soon have the option to make payments on-line with a bank card (debit), e-check, or credit card.

Recent legislative changes require the HOA Board to notify residents by either U.S. Postal mail or by e-mail and website, notices of the date, hour, place, and subject of any regular or special board meetings and include an agenda with a general description of any matters to be brought up for deliberation. In an effort to minimize the costs of printing and postage on the association, the email messaging and website will be the primary method used to communicate with our residence.

Please read the guides before moving to the Sign Up page

You will need your HOA, POA and/or Swim Club Account numbers prior to accessing the web portal. These can be found on your billing statements. You will first create an account for each Inwood association assigning unique sign in name for each account

Step #1 on the Sign Up page:
When registering, (Step #1 on the Sign Up page) please use the exact name and property address that is on your billing statement. Your registration information must match your billing information for the HOA/POA/Swim Club registration(s) to be successful. Leave the UNIT field blank if you have a street address.

Note: If your account is listed as ONE name, enter it into both the first and last name fields.
First Name: John Jones Trust, Inc.
Last Name: John Jones Trust, Inc. (do not leave the first or last name fields blank)

Step #2 on Sign Up page:
If you are a member of only one association, you can use your email address as your sign in name, but if registering for multiple association accounts, i.e. HOA, POA and/or Swim Club,
each association sign in must have a unique sign in name.
Your account information from Step #1 may be the same, but in Step #2, when asked to create a "Sign In" name, for each account/association the “sign in” name must be unique, but the passwords can be the same.

Here are some example sign in names:
i.e. sign in name for HOA account: yournamehoa / password = myhouse
i.e. sign in name for POA account: yournamepoa / password = myhouse
i.e. sign in name for Swim Club account: yournameswim / password = myhouse.

After you register each association, you can follow these directions to LINK the associations you are affiliated with to one Sign In name.

A valid email address is required in the registration process. Use the “Forgot Your Password” link to have the system automatically send a reminder to your current email address. Please remember to keep your email address current. If you have not registered for an account yet, the “Forgot Your Password” link will not work.

Access Code
Since this is your first time accessing this online information, you will need to enter your Access Code below. If you have not received your Access Code, click Send Me My Access Code.

The access code is your HOA, POA or Swim Club Account Number and it can be found on your billing statement. (The access code is not the sign in name or password you created in step #2 of your account registration.)

If you do not have access to your billing account statements or account number(s), click the “send me my access code” link. Please allow 48 business hours for a representative to look up your account number and reply. This part of the process is not system generated.

Not all AMS communities' are currently available on-line, but AMS is actively adding communities and their supportive documentation. We appreciate your patience during the transition process.
